Questions, corrections, a figure that looks wrong, a data source we should know about — this form reaches the person who runs the site.

Before you write: we cannot tell you what your coin, banknote or jewelry is worth to a collector. We do not appraise items, we do not buy or sell, and we cannot recommend a dealer. What we can fix is an error on this site, and we want to hear about those.

How we handle what you send

  • Who receives it: the owner of this site (trading as TEKY, established in Spain). Identification details are in the Terms of Use.
  • Why: to read your message and reply to it. Nothing else.
  • Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box below (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Who else sees it: only our email and hosting provider, as our processor. Your message is never used for advertising, never added to a mailing list and never sold.
  • How long: until your enquiry is dealt with, plus a short period afterwards.
  • Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawing your consent — free of charge, answered within a month. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or to the authority where you live. Full detail in the Privacy Policy.
